Food Safety
Potentially Hazardous Foods (PHF) are foods that if handled handled or prepared improperly can cause a foodborne illness. A food distribution form will need to be submitted to Environmental Health and Safety Department (EHSD) for foods that are considered PHF. More information can be found at EHSD on food safety.
